Slalom - Half Shell mandatory, gloves & pads recommended.
Freeride - Half Shell & Slide Gloves mandatory, pads recommended.
Downhill Racing - Full Face & Slide Gloves mandatory, pads recommended.

It's a fair walk from the train station, if you have gear & are with someone else it might be worth getting a cab up the road.
Make sure to check out http://tfl.gov.uk for engineering works which may require you to detour via bus.
Dates:
The 2nd hog hill this year takes places on June 30th to the 1st of July.
Saturday June 30th 12:30pm-5:30pm
*NOTE registration will open at 11am, riding on the track to commence from 12:30pm & finish at 5pm
Sunday July 1st 10am-5:30pm
Setup/registration will start from 10am, with riding starting at 10:30am, riding for the day will finish at 5pm as we need to pack down & be out by 5:30pm.
Food:
While there is an on site canteen it is recommended that you bring your own food for the duration of the weekend, there's a Sainsbury's the other side of Fairlop tube station in
